About the application

Hermes Agent One is a private, self-hosted personal assistant used by its owner to perform requested tasks with Google Workspace services. The application is not a public service and is not offered to customers. Access is limited to the application owner and a small number of personally known users.

What the application does

At the user’s explicit request, Hermes Agent One can:

• search, read, organize, and send Gmail messages;
• locate, create, upload, download, and manage files in Google Drive;
• view and manage Google Calendar events;
• read and update Google Docs and Google Sheets; and
• read Google Contacts when required to complete a user-requested task.

Google account access is used only to provide the functionality requested by the authorized user.

Why Google data is requested

Hermes Agent One requests Google permissions only to perform actions initiated or authorized by the user, such as finding a requested email, creating a calendar event, updating a spreadsheet, or uploading a document to Google Drive. The application does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or sale.
